CONCERNING SENATE BILL NO. 1446
On this the 13th day of May 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved a Resolution requesting County Judge
!, Morriss to write Legislators regarding Senate Bill 1446, providing for Ordinance Making
'; Authority in certain Counties. Such letter will be addressed to State Senators Bill Sims
and John Traeger (Sen. Intergovernmental Relations) and Representative Gerald Geistweidt,

urging passage of said bill this legislative session.
