in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. One, with no variances and that all improvements
that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULA-

Wherefore, the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the above mentioned
District, is of the opinion that said returns, after having been canvassed and tabulated in

SERVICES

County Judge Morriss, the Court unanimously approved an amendment of the revised 1984-1985
Budget for the 216th District Probation Services.

CONCERNING SENATE BILL N0. 1446
On this the 13th day of May 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved a Resolution requesting County Judge
Morriss to write Legislators regarding Senate Bill 1446, providing for Ordinance f4aking
~, Authority in certain Counties. Such letter will be addressed to State Senators Bill Sims
and John Traeger (Sen. Intergovernmental Relations) and Representative Gerald Geistweidt,
urging passage of said bill this legislative session.
