On this the 13th day of May 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by
Commissioner Guthrie, the Court, after reviewing several bids before the Court, unanimously
'' approved the recommendation of the Airport Board, accepting the proposal from Blackwell &
Associates, Inc., for providing engineering services for the proposed improvements at the
I Louis Schreiner Field, subject to concurrence by the City of Kerrville.

that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUB-
DIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to
the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984

Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners Higgins, Lich and Guthrie and County Judge Morriss
voting "AYE" and Commissioner Holland voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote,
approving the PRELIMINARY PLAT OF ROLLING HILLS, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct
One, with the stipulation that roadways are to be 60 feet in width instead of 50 feet in width,
and that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERB COUNTY SUB-
DIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to
the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.
