Clerk's Office, in the amount of $861.25 per annum, effective as of 1 May, 1985. It is ordered by the Court that County Judge Gordon S. Morriss be authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of Kerr County, and that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher in the above amount, payable to F and F Micro Filming Service, out of the General Fund, and payable annually thereafter upcn receipt of invoice. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 16039 ORDER RESCINDING ORDER N0. 15730, DATED OCTOBER 29th, 1984 On this the 1st day of May 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by I Commissioner Higgins, it was unanimously approved by the Court that Order No. 15730, dated October 29th, 1984, is hereby rescinded, and the following Order is hereby made in substitute thereof: That in consideration of Four Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($4,500.00), paid by Kerr County to NEIL A. and MARY REINHARD, that said persons deliver a Deed granting a new easement across what is known as Garner Drive. Said property is located out of Tracts 498 and 499, Turtle Creek Ranches, partly out of the D. B. Lawrence Survey No. 622, Abstract No. 240, and P. B. James Survey No. 1887, Abstract No. 1091, Precinct No. 1, Kerr County, Texas. Said consideration also includes the exchange of a former easement granted in a Deed dated September 6, 1972, recorded in Vol. 158, Page 358, of the Deed Records of Kerr County, Texas, which former easement is inadequate for use as Garner Drive. The County Judge is authorized to sign a Deed relinquishing this former easement on behalf of Kerr County, upon tender of the deed for the new easement executed by NEIL A. and MARY REINHARD. The monetary consideration stated above, when paid, is a complete release of all claims by NEIL A. and MARY REINHARD, and all persons claiming through them for the taking of said new easement, and loss of trees and structures, partial or complete, within the said easement, including claims for labor and materials.
