Said letter, requested by the City of Kerrville, is to be written to the City ~~ in care of Calvin Neeley, Director of Public Works, for the City's use in gaining access I~ along the road easement for the laying of a wastewater and fresh water pipe. The City is assuming full responsibility for the project, and obtaining permission from Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, on whose land the easement lies.
