P4orriss be empowered to write a letter to the City of Kerrville for a joint use agreement for the purpose of laving two pipes along the Kerr County road easement known as the "Flat Rock Lake Crossway" on the westerly side of Kerrville State Park, from the Guadalupe River to Highway 173. Said letter, requested by the City of Kerrville, is to be written to the City in care of Calvin Neeley, Director of Public Works, for the City's use in gaining access along the road easement for the laying of a wastewater and fresh water pipe.
