NO. 16018 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S QUARTERLY REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND REPORT OF FINES
On this the 8th day of April 1985, came on to be considered by the Court the Quarterly
Report of all monies and fees collected by Patricia Dye, County Clerk, belonging to officers,
witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties entitled
thereto, for the period ending the 31st day of March 1985, and held on deposit in the County
Clerk's Trust Fund, in the amount of $44,089.43.
Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $15,143.60.
Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO. 16019 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES
On this the 8th day of April 1985, came on to be considered by the Court the Semi-Annual
Report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the Bank of
Kerrville, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her hands
for the period from October 1st, 1984, and held on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund
in the amount of $44,089.43.
It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously
approved by the Court.
