On this the 8th day of April 1985, upon motion made by commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the PRELIMINARY PLAT OF BEAR PAW
RANCH II KERR COUNTY, TEXAS, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. One, with
no variances, and that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing
KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and
amendments to the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on
