SUBDIVISION, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Four, with no variances, and
that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUB-
DIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and Amendments to the
regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.

employees, as requested by Clifton A. Greeson, Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, due to completion
of their probationary periods.
