HIGGINS Commissioner Precinct No. 2 VICTOR LICH Commissioner Precinct No. 3 BILLY JOE GUTHRIE,JR Commissioner Precinct No. 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: N0. 15997 MINUTES READ AND APPROVED On this the 8th day of April 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded I by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, of the Regular Meeting on March 11th and 12th, 1985 and of a Special !; Meeting on March 26th, 1985, from pages 35 thru 46, Volume Q. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 15998 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 8th day of April 1985, came on to be considered by the Court, the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the County Auditor and County Treasurer, payable out of General, Jury, Road and Bridge, Lateral Road, County Law Library, Revenue Sharing Trust, Juvenile Services, Juvenile State Aid, Traffic Safety and 216th District Probation Funds. Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins and unanimously approved by the Court that said bills be paid. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 15999 ORDER DESIGNATING CHAS. SCHREINER BANK AS COUNTY DEPOSITORY On this the 8th day of April 1985, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of designating the official County Depository of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that the Depository Pledge Contracts submitted by the Chas. Schreiner Bank covering deposits of County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds and County Public School Funds have been approved by the Court, pursuant to Court Order No. 15963, dated March 11th, 1985, and in compliance with Article 2546, Vernon's Revised Civil Statutes. It is therefore ordered on motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously approved by the Court, that the Chas. Schreiner Bank be and is here- by designated as the official Depository of County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds and County Public School Funds for the two year term as set out in applicable statutes. ', It is further ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer of Kerr County immediately ~, transfer to said depository all the funds belonging to Kerr County, and further all funds belonging to any district or other subdivision be transferred to said depository, and there- after, deposits be made to the credit of said county, district or other subdivision, pursuant" to Article 2549, Vernon's Revised Civil Statutes. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o
