Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be authorized to

advertise for one new loader backhoe for use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct
Three.
Bids to be without trade-in. ~I_
Specifications are on file in the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A. M., May 13th, 1985, at which time all bids
i
will be publicly opened and read.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Notices to be published in the Official Newspaper of Kerr County, Texas, March 30th and i
April 6th, 1985. I
