NO. 15985 MODULAR JAIL SYSTEMS OF HOUSTON, TEXAS EMPLOYED TO CONSTRUCT A MAXIMUM SECURITY CELL IN THE KERR COUNTY JAIL, OUT OF AN EXISTING CELL On this the 12th day of March 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that Modular Jail Systems of Houston, Texas, be employed to construct in the Kerr County Jail a maximum security cell out of an existing cell, including the plans, certification from the Commission on Jail Standards, and actual construction to be completed within 45 days of this order. Samford as a full-time Clerk in the office of the Justice of the Peace of Precinct No. Four, at a ..~ salary of $790.00 per month ($9,480.00 per annum), effective April st, 1985, and that her salary be paid out of the General Fund. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO, 15991 APPROVAL OF DEVELOPMENT OF SPUR 535 TO RELOCATE AIRPORT ENTRANCE, STARTING AT THE SOUTHEAST EDGE OF CITY-COUNTY PROPERTY On this the 26th day of March 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved relocate the Airport entrance, which shall start at the property on Highway 27, and extend to the Airport Ramp. similar action by the City of Kerrville, and is to be a County with additional funding from the FAA. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o- the joint development of Spur 535 to Southeast edge of the City-County This approval is in concurrence with joint project between the City and ~-o ''NO. 15992 APPROVAL OF LETTER AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF KERRVILLE INCREASING SUBSIDY WITH MOORE SERVICES, INC., FOR GARBAGE & REFUSE COLLECTION ,... On this the 26th day of March 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded ~~by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved a Letter Agreement between Kerr County hand the City of Kerrville, increasing subsidy with Moore Services, Inc., in the amount of u ii !$3200.00 per month, with the County and City each paying an additional amount of $1600.00 per month, for a term not to exceed a period of one year. It is ordered by the Court that the monthly rate for garbage and refuse collection for Kerr County will be increased from $1,181.00 per month to $2,781.00 per month, payable to Moore Services, Inc., to be effective at the commencement of the operation of the newly permitted landfill site.
