NO. 15973 A RESOLUTION by the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Texas, approving First ~i,
Articles of Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation of Alamo Area Housing
Finance Corporation.

WHEREAS, this Commissioners Court has previously adopted resolutions authorizing the i
'~
creation (on its behalf and on behalf of certain other counties and a city) of a nonprofit
I;
corporation under the Texas Housing Finance Corporations Act and approving Articles of In-
corporation of the Alamo Area Housing Finance Corporation; and
WHEREAS, certain amendments have been proposed to be made to such Articles of Incorpora-
tion to permit the Alamo Area Housing Finance Corporation to act on behalf of the County oŁ
Comal, Texas and the City of New Braunfels, Texas; and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate for this Commissioners Court to approve such amendments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS COURT OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS:
SECTION 1: That the proposed amendments to the Articles of Incorporation of the Alamo
Area Housing Finance Corporation to permit such Corporation to act on behalf of the County of
Comal, Texas and the City of New Braunfels, Texas, is hereby approved, and the form of "FIRST
ARTICLES OF AMENDMENT TO THE ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OF ALAMO AREA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORA-
TION", attached hereto as Exhibit A, are hereby in all things approved.
Motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Holland and unanimously PASSED AND
ADOPTED this 11th day of March 1985.
