WHEREAS, this Commissioners Court has previously adopted resolutions authorizing the is

creation (on its behalf and on behalf of certain other counties and a city) of a nonprofit ~'

corporation under the Texas Housing Finance Corporations Act and approving Articles of In-
i
corporation of the Alamo Area Housing Finance Corporation; and ~I
I;
WHEREAS, certain amendments have been proposed to be made to such Articles of Incorpora-'
tion to permit the Alamo Area Housing Finance Corporation to act on behalf of the County of
Comal, Texas and the City of New Braunfels, Texas; and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate for this Commissioners Court to approve such amendments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS COURT OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS:

SECTION 1: That the proposed amendments to the Articles of Incorporation of the Alamo
Area Housing Finance Corporation to permit such Corporation to act on behalf of the County of j,
Comal, Texas and the City of New Braunfels, Texas, is hereby approved, and the form of "FIRST '•
