ESTATES, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Two, with no variances and that
all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION
"RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to the regula-
tions that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.

NO. 15966 APPROVAL OF AIRPORT DRAINAGE PLAN AT LOUIS SCHREINER FIELD AS RECOMMENDED BY THE
KERRVILLE-KERR COUNTY JOINT AIRPORT BOARD
On this the 11th day of March 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the recommendation
from the Kerrville-Kerr County Joint Airport Board for a drainage plan to divert drainage
waters from the airport ramp and lease areas be accepted, and authorizing payment from Kerr
County of one-half of the estimated $3,000 cost, or $1,500, after application of funds from
Navaid, for completion of the project as presented by the Airport Board.

for examination the Quarterly Report of Dorothy H. Hilburn, County Treasurer of Kerr County,
Texas, for the period beginning October 1st, 1984 and ending December 31st, 1984, and the same
having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become a
part hereof, and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since the

Radar in the amount of $3,295.00, for use by the Texas Department of Public Safety.

N0. 15971 RESOLUTION
REQUESTING THE STATE HIGHWAY AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION TO DECLARE
A 1.45 ACRE TRACT OF LAND APPURTENANT TO STATE HIGHWAY 27 IN KERR COUNTY,
TEXAS, TO BE SURPLUS AND TO QUITCLAIM SAID PROPERTY TO THE HEIRS OF J. L.
FOWLER AND M. E. FOWLER, ORIGINAL GRANTORS
WHEREAS, by right-of-way deed dated March 21, 1936, recorded in Volume 59 at Page 157
of the Deed Records of Kerr County, Texas, a 1.45 acre tract of land was conveyed by J. L.
Fowler and M. E. Fowler to the State of Texas; and
WHEREAS, these 1.45 acres of land, described by metes and bounds in attached Exhibit "A",
has not been utilized as a roadside park for many years; and
WHEREAS, the original right-of-way deed has a reversionary clause specifying that if the
roadside park is abandoned that title to the 1.45 acre tract shall be revested in the grantor;
and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Elizabeth Fowler Riley, the daughter of J. L. Fowler and M. E. Fowler
I desires to reclaim this tract for the Heirs for personal use;
IT IS, THEREFORE, REQUESTED by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, at its

" regular meeting that the State Highway and Public Transportation Commission pass an appropriate
Minute Order declaring said 1.45 acres of land to be surplus right of way and in addition
