On this the 11th day of March 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved a monthly lease in the amount of
$300.00 per month, between Kerr County and Mr. and Mrs. James A. Love, for the Justice of the
Peace of Precinct No. Two, for 1680 square feet of office space, effective as of April 1st,
payable monthly, in advance.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to make monthly rental payments out of the General Fund, payable to Mr. & Mrs. James A. Love,

NO. 15962 APPROVAL OF SELECTION OF ADDITIONAL MEMBERS TO SERVE ON SALARY GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE,
TO REPLACE TWO MEMBERS THAT WERE PREVIOUSLY SELECTED, WHO WERE UNABLE TO SERVE
On this the 11th day of March 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, and in compliance with Article 3912k Subsection (b) (4), Vernon's Texas
Civil Statutes, the Court unanimously approved selection of additional members to serve on a
Salary Grievance Committee, to replace two members that were previously selected on February
11th, 1985, who were unable to serve.

COURT TRUST FUNDS AND COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOL FUNDS
On this the 11th day of March 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved County Depository Pledge Contracts sub-
mitted by the Chas. Schreiner Bank, for all County Funds, County & District Court Trust Funds
and County Public School Funds, for the next ensuing two years.

NO. 15964 APPROVAL OF AUTHORIZATION OF LANDFILL SURVEY
On this the 11th day of March 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, it was unanimously approved by the Court that authorization is here-
by given for a survey to be sponsored jointly by Kerr County and the City of Kerrville, at
the City-County Landfill to determine the number, type and purpose of deliveries to the land-
fill. Said survey is to run for a two week period with the County paying the surveyor's
services for one week, and the City paying for the second week.
In addition, authorization is also given for the employment of a consultant to evaluate
the survey results, said consultant to be paid jointly by the City and County, not to exceed _...
$1,500.00 from each government.
Stipulation is made that the surveyor and consultant shall be an independent contractor,

and :not an agent of Kerr County, the City of Kerrville, P'foore Services, or any other con-
tractor. in the business of refuse collection.

N0. 15965 APPROVAL OF REPEAT FOR LOT 3 OF QUAIL RUN ESTATES
On this the 11th day of March 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the REPEAT FOR LOT 3 OF QUAIL RUN
ESTATES, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Two, with ne variances and that
all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERB COUNTY SUBDIVISION
"RULES AND REC,ULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to the regula-
tions that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.

N0. 15966 APPROVAL OF AIRPORT DRAINAGE PLAN AT LOUIS SCHREINER FIELD AS RECOMMENDED BY THE
KERRVILLE-KERR COUNTY JOINT AIRPORT BOARD
On this the 11th day of March 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the recommendation
from the Kerrville-Kerr County Joint Airport Board for a drainage plan to divert drainage
waters from the airport ramp and lease areas be accepted, and authorizing payment from Kerr
County of one-half of the estimated $3,000 cost, or $1,500, after application of funds from
Navaid, for completion of the project as presented by the Airport Board.
