NO. 15957 BIDS FOR ONE NEW LOADER BACKHOE FOR USE BY THE COMMISSIONER OF KERB COUNTY PBECINCT NQ FOUR REFERRED TO COUNTY AUDITOR FOR STUDY AND RECOMD4ENDATION on this the 11th day of March 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that all bids for one new loader backhoe for use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. Four, be referred to the County Auditor, Don Williamson, for study and recommendation. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o PNO. 15958 MINUTES READ AND APPROVED On this the 11th day of March 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, of the Regular Meeting on February 11th and 13th and of a Special Dleeting on February 25th, 1985, from pages 23 thru 34, Volume Q. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 15959 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 11th day of March 1985, came on to be considered by the Court, the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the County Auditor and County Treasurer, payable out of General, Jury, Road and Bridge, County Law Library, Revenue Sharing, Juvenile State Aid, Traffic Safety and 216th District Probation Funds. Motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Holland and unanimously approved by the Court that said bills be paid. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 15960 APPROVAL OF REQUEST OF BETTY L. BURNEY, JUSTICE OF THE PEACE OF PRECINCT 2, FOR PURCHASE OF OFFICE EQUIPMENT On this the 11th day of P4arch 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the request of Betty L. Burney, Justice of the Peace of Precinct 2, for the purchase of the following equipment: 1 - IBM Wheelwriter, Mod. 6747, in the amount of $815.10, 1 - Sharo Calculator QS - 1404, in the amount of $119.95, from Commercial Office Supply, and 1 - 4 drawer legal size file cabinet, in the amount of $129.95, from Shamrock Office Supply. It is further ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to draw vouchers on the General Fund for the above equipment, upon receipt of statements and upon approval by the Justice of the Peace of Precinct #2. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o
