salary be fixed on an hourly basis at $4.56 per hour, payable out of Road & Bridge Precinct

On this the 25th day of February 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved that the official name of the Airport,
which has heretofore sometimes been known as Louis Schreiner Field, the City/County Airport,
the Municipal Airport and various other names, be officially named and designated:
"LOUIS SCHREINER FIELD"
in concurrence with the action taken by the City of Kerrville on February 12th, 1985.

EXTENSION OF RUN6VAY 12/30 AT LOUIS SCHREINER FIELD
On this the 25th day of February 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, second-'
ed by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of a Grant Offer by
the Federal Aviation Administration for the 600' Extension of Runway 12/30, Project No. 3-
48-0121-02-85 at the Louis Schreiner Field, as recommended by the Kerrville-Kerr County Joint
Airport Board and in concurrence with the action taken by the City of Kerrville on February
12th, 1985, in the amount of $550,000.00.
It is ordered by the Court that County Judge Gordon S. Morriss be authorized to execute
said agreement on behalf of Kerr County.

OTHER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS
On this the 25th day of February 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the reallocation of funds from budget
line item, Navaid Maintenance, for other capital improvements, specifically items for In-
House Construction - Taxiway Reflector Markers and Helicopter Landing Area (Turf), as re-
commended by the Kerrville-Kerr County Joint Airport Board and in concurrence with action
taken by the City of Kerrville at their regular meeting, February 12, 1985.

NO. 15956 APPROVAL OF ACCEPTANCE OF C.P.I. INCREASE FOR LAND RENTAL PLAN AT LOUIS SCHREINER
FIELD
On this the 25th day of February 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, second-
ed by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the C.P.I. increase of 4g for the
current year, 1985,for the land rental plan at the Louis Schreiner Field, which was accepted
by the Kerrville-Kerr County Joint Airport Advisory Board on February 6th, 1985 and in con-
currence with action taken by the City of Kerrville at their regular meeting on February 12th,
1985.
