On this the 13th day of February 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the bid of Hill Country
Motors, Inc., in the amount of $39,962.00, for one 1985 Dump Truck, with 10-12 Yard Dump Bed,
for use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct Two, as recommended by County Auditor,
Don Williamson. (Bid is accepted without trade-in).
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a vuucher on the Road and Bridge Precinct #2 Fund - Capital Outlay,in the above amount.,
upon acceptance, delivery and approval by the Commissioner of Prec. No. 2, payable to Hill
Country Motors, Inc.

NO. 15939 APPROVAL OF EMPLOYMENT OF DAVID GILLUM AS A DISPATCHER/JAILER AT THE KERR COUNTY
CORRECTION-DETENTION FACILITY
On this the 13th day of February 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second-
ed by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the employment of David Gillum as
a Jailer-Dispatcher at the Kerr County Correction/Detention Facility, effective as of
February 6th, 1985, at a salary of $840.00 per month ($10,080.00 per annum) and that his
salary be paid out of the General Fund.

N0. 15940 ORDER SETTING SALARY AND TRAVEL ALLOWANCE FOR B. N. TALBERT, CONSTABLE OF JUSTICE
PRECINCT FOUR
On this the 13th day of February 1985, came on to be considered the request of B. N.
Talbert, Constable of Justice Precinct No. Four, for a salary and travel allowance.
Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland, with Commis-
sinners Holland, Higgins and Guthrie and County Judge Morriss voting "AYE" and Commissioner
Lich voting "NO", said motion carrying by a majority vote, that effective as of February 1st,
1985, that the salary of B. N. Talbert, Constable of Justice Precinct No. 4, be fixed at
200.00 per month (2400.00 per annum) and a travel allowance in the amount of 200.00 per month',
(2400.00 per annum), payable out of the General Fund.

CONFERENCE AT A & D4, ON FEBRUARY 26th, 27th and 28th, 1985
On this the 13th day of February 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved payment of registration fees for four
Court members and the Administrative Assistant to attend the County Judges and Commissioners'
Conference at A & M, February 26th, 27th and 28th, 1985.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher in the amount of $250.00 out of the General Fund for the registration fees
($50.00 per member), payable to: TAEX Account No. 20200.
