Upon motion of Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners
Holland, Lich and Guthrie voting "AYE" and Commissioner Higgins and County Judge Morriss
voting "NO", said motion carrying by a majority vote, that the bid of CHAS. SCHREINER BANK is
ordered accepted and said bank is hereby selected as Depository of all County Funds, County

and District Court Trust Funds and County Public School Funds, for the next ensuing two years.
Said bank is hereby directed to make good and sufficient bonds or deposit sufficient
securities as required by law, in the necessary amount to cover each of said funds, and in

Motors, Inc „ in the amount of $39,486.00, for one 1985 Dump Truck, with 10-12 Yard Dump Bed,
for use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct Four, as recommended by County Auditor,
Don Williamson. (Bid is accepted without trade-in).
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to
draw a voucher on the Road and Bridge Precinct #4 Fund - Capital Outlay, in the above amount,
upon acceptance, delivery and approval by the Commissioner of Prec. No. 4, payable to Hill
!Country Motors, Inc.
