NO. 15930 APPROVAL OF EMPLOYMENT OF CYDNEY J. CLOUD AS A SECRETARY TO THE KERR COUNTY
JUVENILE PROBATION DEPARTMENT
On this the 11th day of February 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the employment of Cydney J. Cloud as
a Secretary to the Kerr County Juvenile Probation Officer, Simon J. Harris, at a salary of
$840.00 per month, ($10,080.00 per annum).

NO. 15931 APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO THE KERR
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS' COURT
On this the 11th day of February 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the temporary employment of BILL
BASKETTE as Administrative Assistant to the Kerr County Commissioners' Court, effective as of
February 15th, 1985, at a salary of $1650.00 per month ($19,800.00 per annum), plus a travel
allowance in the amount of $150.00 per month (1800.00 per annum), payable out of the General
Fund.

NO. 15932 APPROVAL OF SELECTION OF ADDITIONAL MEMBERS TO SERVE ON SALARY GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE
TO REPLACE FOUR MEMBERS THAT WERE PREVIOUSLY SELECTED, WHO WERE UNABLE TO SERVE
On this the 11th day of February 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins and in compliance with Article 3912k Subsection (b) (4), Vernon's
Texas Civil Statutes, the Court unanimously approved selection of additional members to serve
on a Salary Grievance Committee, to replace four members that were previously selected on
January 28th, 1985, who were unable to serve.

terms and conditions and that said Bank is duly qualified to serve as such Depository and has

Upon motion of Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners
Holland, Lich and Guthrie voting "AYE" and Commissioner Higgins and County Judge Morriss
voting "NO", said motion carrying by a majority vote, that the bid of CHAS. SCHREINER BANK is ',
ordered accepted and said bank is hereby selected as Depository of all County Funds, County
and District Court Trust Funds and County Public School Funds, for the next ensuing two years.',
Said bank is hereby directed to make good and sufficient bonds or deposit sufficient
securities as required by law, in the necessary amount to cover each of said funds, and in
the proper form prescribed by law, and submit same, together with copies of said Depository
Contracts to this Court for approval at its next Regular Term.

by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the bid of Hill Country
Motors, Inc., in the amount of $39,486.00, for one 1985 Dump Truck, with 10-12 Yard Dump Bed,
for use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct Four, as recommended by County Auditor,
Don Williamson. (Bid is accepted without trade-in).
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to
draw a voucher on the Road and Bridge Precinct #4 Fund - Capital Outlay, in the above amount,
upon acceptance, delivery and approval by the Commissioner of Prec
