On this the 11th day of February 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded',',
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the REPEAT FOR LOT 9 OF SAN JUAN
VALLEY, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. 4, with the stipulation that Kerr
County will not accept maintenance of roadways and that roadways are to be one way, paved
20 feet wide and are to remain private.
All improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTX SUB-
DIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to
the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984...

NO. 15926 APPROVAL OF FUNDING REQUEST FOR THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY OF THE 216th JUDICIAL DISTRICT!

by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the funding request for the District
Attorney of the 216th Judicial District, for additional items that were not included in Order
No. 15858, dated January 14th, 1985 and authorizing the County Treasurer and County Auditor
to issue payments, as follows:

1. Salary of Secretary - Eddie Jean Inks - $960.00 per month, effective as of January
28th, 1985.
2. An additional amount of $1350.00 payable annually in advance for lease and mainten -
ance of office machinery, payable to E. Bruce Curry.
It is further ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be
authorized to issue vouchers for items contemplated in the 1984-85 Budget, upon presentation
of invoice or statement for reimbursement, payable out of the General Fund.

,allowance in the amount of $150.00 per month (1800.00 per annum), payable out of the General
Fund.
