On this the 11th day of February 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, second-
, ed by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the FINAL PLAT OF GREEAIWOOD FOREST
SECTION 7 SUBDIVISION, with variances on streets having 50 feet right-of-way to be 30 feet,
back to back of curb, except Red Oak Lane having 60 feet right-of-way, to be 40 feet, back to
back of curb.
All other construction work in Greenwood Forest Section 7 Subdivision shall comply with
the existing Kerr County Subdivision "Rules and Regulations", that became effective January
1st, 1984 and amendments to the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commission-
. ers' Court on April 9th, 1984.

NO. 15924 APPROVAL OF TRANSFER OF $25,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO REVENUE SHARING TRUST FUND
On this the 11th day of February 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $25,000.00 from General Fund to Revenue Sharing
Trust Fund temporarily, and when funds become available, that the above sum be transferred
back to the General Fund.
