day of February 1985, at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular
Term of Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

The receiving of County Depository Bids for the Depository of County Funds, County
& District Court Funds and County Public School Funds of Kerr County, was declared closed
at this time.

On this the 11th day of February 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie,
seconded by Commissioner Holland, it was unanimously approved by the Court that all County
Depository Bids for Contracts to be let by the County be referred to County Auditor Don
Willismson, for study and recommendation, prior to awarding of Contracts.

of Kerr County Precincts Two and Four was declared closed at this time.

secibded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that all bids for one 1985
Dump Truck with Cab and Chassis & 10-12 Yard Dump Bed, for use by the Commissioner of
Precinct Four be referred to the County Auditor for study and recommendation.

On this the 11th day of February 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, secondedi
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR RIO ALEGRE
SUBDIVISION, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Four, with no variances, and
that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERB COUNTY SUBDIVI-
SIGN "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and Amendments to the
regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.
