COUNTY OF KERR X BE IT REMEMBERED that there was begun and holden on the 11th
day of February 1985, at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular
Term of Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:
GORDON S. MORRISS	County Judge		
FRED HOLLAND	Commissioner	Precinct	1
EDWARD D. HIGGINS	Commissioner	Precinct	2
VICTOR LICH	Commissioner	Precinct	3
BILLY JOE GUTHRIE,	JR.Commissioner	Precinct	4
and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
The receiving of County Depository Bids for the Depository of County Funds, County
& District Court Funds and County Public School Funds of Kerr County, was declared closed
at this time.
3 Bids were received and opened and read aloud by the County Judge, Gordon S. D4orriss,
as follows:

NO. 15912 ORDER TO REFER ALL COUNTY DEPOSITORY BIDS TO KERR COUNTY AUDITOR, DON WILLIAMSON,
FOR STUDY AND RECOMMENDATION, PRIOR TO AWARD OF CONTRACTS
On this the 11th day of February 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie,
seconded by Commissioner Holland, it was unanimously approved by the Court that all County
Depository Bids for Contracts to be let by the County be referred to County Auditor Don
Willismson, for study and recommendation, prior to awarding of Contracts.

The taking and receiving of bids for two 1985 Dump Trucks for use by the Commissioners
of Kerr County Precincts Two and Four was declared closed at this time.

AND RECOMMENDATION
On this the 11th day of February 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie,
secibded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that all bids for one 1985
Dump Truck with Cab and Chassis & 10-12 Yard Dump Bed, for use by the Commissioner of
Precinct Four be referred to the County Auditor for study and recommendation.
