On this the 28th day of January 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded,
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the County Treasurer and County
Auditor be authorized to reissue a duplicate check, payable to Joe Grady Tuck, in the amount
', of $1000.00, to replace Check No. 1292, dated December 14th, 1984, which has been lost.

N0. 15905 APPROVAL OF INCREASE IN PAY FOR THE ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR OF THE KERR COUNTY
TRAFFIC SAFETY EDUCATION PROGRAM
!~ On this the 28th day of January 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
~ by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved a pay increase for the Assistant
Instructor of the Kerr County Traffic Safety Education Program, as requested by Albert Pierce,
j Instructor.
Effective February 1st, 1985 the salary of the Assistant Instructor will be $100.00 per
month, payable out of the Traffic Safety Education Fund.

NO. 15906 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF EXPENDITURES IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,070.00 FOR THE KERR COUNTY
TRAFFIC SAFETY EDUCATION PROGRAM
On this the 28th day of January 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
~~ by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved payment of expenditures in the amount
of $1,070.00 for the Kerr County Traffic Safety Education Program, as requested by Albert
Pierce, Instructor.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher in the above amount out of the Traffic Safety Education Fund, payable to
A1. Pierce.

N0. 15907 APPROVAL OF CHANGE OF WORK STATUS OF DEPUTY COUNTY TREASURER RHONDA PHILLIPS FROM
FULL-TIME TO PART-TIME, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 15, 1985
On this the 28th day of January, 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved change of work status of Deputy County
Treasurer Rhonda Phillips from full-time to part-time basis, as requested by this employee
and County Treasurer, arrangement being on a trial basis. Salary is to be set at $6.45 per
hour (rate equals her present salary of $13,416.00 annual), effective January 15th, 1985.

for authority to release a pledged security deposit in the amount of $100,000.00.
