RESOLUTION AND ORDER
On this the 28th day of January, 1985, at a Special January meeting of the Commissioners'
~_ Court of Kerr County, Texas, there came on for consideration the ratification of a contract
for the collection of delinquent taxes, and motion was made by Billy Joe Guthrie, Jr.,
County Commissioner of Precinct No. Four, seconded by Victor Lich County Commissioner of
Precinct No. Three, that said Commissioners' Court on behalf of said County do ratify and

adopt the contract with Jerry Shiever, a licensed attorney, for the latter to continue to
collect delinquent taxes in said County for 15g of the amount of taxes, penalty and interest
collected, said contract beginning on the 1st day of January, 1985.
Said motion being put to vote, it carried by a vote of 5 to 0.
