On this the 14th day ~f January 1985, came on to be considered by the Court the Quarterly
Report of all monies and fees collected by Patricia Dye, County Clerk, belonging to officers,
witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties entitled
thereto, for the period ending the 31st day of December 1984, and held on deposit in the
County Clerk's Trust Fund, in the amount of $47,431.25.
Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $16,457.20.
Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Higgins and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO. 15896 DESIGNATION OF AIRPORT NAME REFERRED BACK TO AIRPORT BOARD FOR FURTHER
CONSIDERATION
On this the 28th day of January 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the designation of the Airport
name be referred back to the Airport Board for further consideration.

N0. 15897 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 28th day of January 1985, came on to be considered by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which
claims and accounts were approved for payment by the County Auditor & County Treasurer,
payable out of Road & Bridge, General,,Kerr County Public Library, Revenue Sharing Trust,
Juvenile Services, Jury and 216th District Probation Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins and unanimously
approved by the Court that the said bills be paid.

NO. 15898 ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR ONE 1985 DUMP TRUCK WITH CAB AND CHASSIS AND 10-12 YARD
DUMP BED, TO BE PURCHASED BY KERR COUNTY FOR USE BY THE COMMISSIONER OF KERR
COUNTY PRECINCT FOUR
On this the 28th day of January 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be authorized to
advertise for bids for one 1985 Dump Truck with Cab and Chassis and 10-12 yard Dump Bed, for
use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. Four.
Bids to be with trade-in of the following:
One 1964 Ford F100 Pickup - Ser. No. F10JD480063,
One 1969 Dodge flat bed dump truck - Ser. No. 1681878581,
and
