preliminary work done for the Kerr County Tax Office and Central Tax Appraisal Office Reloca-
tion.

by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved a 36 month lease with Commercial Equip-
ment Leasing Company, for one used Savin 5040 Copier, Serial No. 4431205404 (stand included)
for use by the County Clerk's Office, with payments to be made in the amount of $204.77 per
month, effective as of January 1st, 1985, payable to Commercial Equipment Leasing Company and
to be paid out of the General Fund.

COUNTY FOR 1980, 1981 & 1982
On this the 14th day of January 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the proposed Bankshares Tax Settlement,
for Kerr County taxes due for the years 1980, 1981 and 1982, wherein Kerr County will retain
all taxes paid to it in 1982 and the banks proposed settlement in the sum of $2,785.74, as
per schedule attached.
