On this the 14th day of January 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the proposed Bankshares Tax Settlement
for Kerr County taxes due for the years 1980, 1981 and 1982, wherein Kerr County will retain
all taxes paid to it in 1982 and the banks proposed settlement in the sum of $2,785.74, as
per schedule attached.
