On this the 14th day of January 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the FINAL PLAT OF AGUA DULCE SUBDIVI-
SION, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. 4, with no variances and that all
improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION
"RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to the regula-
tions that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.

NO. 15861 MOTION TO APPROVE ADJUSTMENT OF PROBATIONARY SALARY INCREASES OF SAM WHITMIRE AND
AARON L. WHEELER, EMPLOYEES IN KERR COUNTY COMMISSIONER'S PRECINCT ONE
On this the 14th day of January 1985, a motion was made by Commissioner Holland for
approval of adjustment of probationary salary increases of Sam Whitmire, from $6.55 per hour
to $6.6Z per hour and of Aaron L. Wheeler, from $5.50 per hour to $5.62 per hour, effective
as of December 1st, 1984.
Approval requested for adjustments to bring their probationary period increases to
$50.00 per month.
Motion failed for lack of a second.
