and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 15853 ORDER AUTHORIZING THE COMMISSIONER OF KERR COUNTY PRECINCT N0. FOUR TO HIRE JOEL
FOX AS A TEMPORARY PART-TIME EMPLOYEE
On this the 4th day of January 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that Commissioner Billy Joe Guthrie,
Jr., be authorized to hire Joel Fox as a temporary part-time employee in Commissioner's
Precinct No. Four, effective as of today, January 4th, 1985 and that he be paid on an hourly
basis in the amount of $4.56 per hour and that his salary be paid out of Road & Bridge
Precinct No. Four Fund.

N0. 15854 ORDER AMENDING 1984-1985 KERR COUNTY BUDGET AND PROVIDE LINE ITEMS IN EACH OF
THE COMMISSIONER'S PRECINCTS
On this the 4th day of January 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved that the 1984-1985 Kerr County Budgetl'
be amended and provide line items in each of the Commissioner's Precincts for flood damage
repair.

NO. 15855 APPROVAL OF PURCHASE OF RADIO EQUIPMENT FROM THE CITY OF KERRVILLE AND AUTHORIZING
PAYMENT
On this the 4th day of January 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the purchase of radio equipment from
the City of Kerrville in the amount of $1,800.00, for the Kerr County Volunteer Fire Depart-
ments.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to',
draw a voucher on the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund in the above amount, upon receipt of billing
from the City of Kerrville.
