APPROVAL OF NEGOTIATED SALE OF ONE RIDING LAWNMOWER (LAWN CHIEF)
MODEL 8-30, AS RECOMMENDED BY COUNTY AUDITOR, DON WILLIAMSON
On this the 30th day of Anril 1985, upon motion made by Commis-
sioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Higgins, the Court
unanimously approved a negotiated sale of one riding lawnmower
(Lawn Chief), Pflodel 8-30, to Richard Sparkman, 1 Elm Way,
I:errville, Texas, in the amount of 5500.00, as recommended by
County Auditor, Don [4illiamson.
