On this the 11th day of February 1985, upon motion
made by Commissioner Guthrie seconded by Commissioner
r.;~h , the Court unanimously approved that the
resignation of Kim Herrera, Assistant County Auditor,
be ratified and confirmed for payroll purposes, effective
February 15th, 1985.
