APPROVAL OF REQUEST OF JOHN P. HILL, JUSTICE OF THE PEACE,
PRECINCT 4, FOR PURCHASE OF OFFICE CHAIR AND PAD FOR THE
SECRETARY'S DESK
On this the 23rd day of May 1985, upon motion made by
Commissioner Guthrie seconded by Commissioner Higgin s
the Court unanimously approved the request of John P. Hill,
Justice of the Peace, Precinct 4, for purchase of an office
chair in the amount of $114.00 and pad for the Secretary's
desk in the amount of $39.95 from Shamrock Office Supply.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County
Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the General
Fund in the above amounts, payable to Shamrock Office Supply,
upon approval by the Justice of the Peace, Precinct 4.
