JUDICIAL DISTRICT, SETTING SALARY OF ASSISTANT DISTRICT

On this the 12th day of August 1985, upon motion made by
Commissioner Higgins seconded by Commissioner Holland
the Court unanimously approved setting the salary of Craig
Leslie, Assistant District Attorney of the 216th Judicial
District, on an hourly basis at $65.00 per hour, billing
Kerr County on a monthly basis, payable out of the General
Fund, out of budgeted funds, as requested by District Attorney
E. Bruce Currv.

Gentlemen:
Please be advised that Mr. Craig Leslie has been siaorn in
as Assistant District Attorney for Kerr County, Texas. It
is anticipated that Mr. Leslie will be working a limited
number of hours in this position. Accordingly, our office
would like to request that he be paid on an hourly basis
at the rate of $65.00 per hour.
It is anticipated that in some months Mr. Leslie will work
considerably fewer hours than the amount of funds set aside
for his monthly salary. Therefore, the suggested billing
basis should result in some savings out of the budgeted
funds.
