APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF MALPRACTICE INSURANCE FOR THE COUNTY
ATTORNEY'S OFFICE
On this the 4th day of September 1985, upon motion made
by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich,
the Court unanimously approved that the County Auditor and
County Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the
General Fund, Code No. 10-475-206, payable to NDAA LPL
INSURANCE SERVICES for malpractice insurance for the County
Attorney's Office, in the amount of $1,118.00 for one year's
coverage.

RE: County Attorney's Malpractice
I have been notified by the County's current malpractice
carrier that it's insurance expired on August 1, 1985. Due to my
assuring them that we wish to continue carrying the policy, they
have agreed to extend coverage during this interim time period.
Enclosed please find a copy of the application for malpractice
insurance for the County Attorney's office. The total premium is
$1,118.00. Please submit this claim to the County Commissioners
for payment as soon as possible. When the County has approved
payment of the premium, I would appreciate it if you would send
the check by my office so that i can send it in with the policy
request. The check should be made payable to N.D.A.A. L.P.L.
Insurance Services Office.
Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
