APPROVAL OF EMPLOYMENT OF GEORGEANN S. PETERS AS SECRETARY
TO THE COUNTY ATTORNEY
On this the 26th day of September 1985, upon motion made by
Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Holland, with
Commissioners Holland, Higgins and Lich and County Judge
Morriss voting "AYE" and Commissioner Guthrie voting "NAY",
said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving that the
employment of Georgeann S. Peters as Secretary to the County
Attorney, Gary E. Kersey, be ratified and confirmed, effective
as of August 20th, 1985, at a salary of $890.00 per month.
