TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT OF DIANE CLARKSON, SECRETARY TO
THE COUNTY ATTORNEY
On this the 9th day of September 1985, upon motion made by
Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the
Court unanimously approved that the termination of employ-
ment of Diane Clarkson, Secretary to County Attorney Gary
E. Kersey, be ratified and confirmed, effective as of
August 19th, 1985.

This letter is to inform you that on Monday, August 19, 1985, I
terminated the employment of the current County Attorney
secretary, Diane Clarkson.
Simply put, I terminated Ms. Clarkson because I felt that she was
unable to fulfill the demanding requirements of the job of County
Attorney secretary. I request that at your next Commissioners
Court meeting, that you approve my action.
