APPROVAL OF RE¢UEST OF DISTRICT JUDGES FOR THE PURCHASE OF
COMMERCIAL CARPET, TO BE INSTALLED IN THE DISTRICT COURT
AREA
On this the 23rd day of May 1985, came on to be considered
by the Court, the request of the District Judges for purchase
of commercial carpet, to be installed in the District Court
area.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commis-
sinner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the request and
accepted the proposals from KUSTOM KARPETS, INC., as follows:
Court area - approximately 76 sq. yds. at $10.50
per yd. installed $798.00
Price subject to final measurements of jury box
area.
Audience area - approximately 22 sq. yds. at
$10.50 per vd. installed 231.00
Clerk's and Judges' hallways - approximately 33
sa. yds. at $10.50 per yd. installed 346.50
Extra labor on take-up will be $20.00 per hour,
not to exceed four (4) hours.
