by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie,
with Commissioners Higgins, Holland and Guthrie and County
Judge Morriss voting "AYE" and Commissioner Lich voting "NO",
said motion carrying by a majority vote, to rescind Order
No. 15746, dated November 13th, 1984, Re: Acceptance of Bid
of Ken Stoepel Ford, Lincoln, Mercury for one 1985 dump truck
for use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. Two,
(Said order is rescinded in its entirety).

FOR ONE 1985 DUMP TRUCK FOR USE BY THE COMMISSIONER OF
PRECINCT N0. TWO
On this the 13th day of November 1984, upon motion made
by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie,
the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the bid of Ken
Stoepel Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, for one-1985 F800 Dump Truck
with 8 to 10 yerd Dump Bed, for use by the Commissioner of
Kerr County Precinct No. Two, in the amount of $27,050.00,
as recommended by County Auditor, Don Williamson.

Reference your bid received by the Kerr County Commissioners`
Court on November 13th, 1984 for one 1985 F800 Dump Truck,
8-10 Yard Dump Bed. Seventy days have passed since we accept-
ed your bid and it is expected that another six weeks will
pass before we can expect delivery, we therefore request that
you cancel the order.
For your information, we will be advertising for new bids
in the near future.
