ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF HILL COUNTRY MOTORS, INC. FOR ONE 1985
DUMP TRUCK WITH CAB AND CHASSIS AND 10-I2 YARD DUMP BED, FOR
USE BY THE COMMISSIONER OF KERR COUNTY PRECINCT 2
On this the 13th day of February 1985, upon motion made by
Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the
Court unanimously approved acceptance of the bid of Hill
Country Motors, Inc., in the amount of $39,962.00, for one
1985 Dump Truck, with 10-12 Yard Dump Bed, for use by the
Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct Two, as recommended by
County Auditor, Don Williamson. (Bid is accepted without
trade-in).
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and
County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher on the Road
and Bridge Precinct #2 Fund - Capital Outlay, in the above
amount, upon acceptance, delivery and approval by the Commis-
sioner of Prec. No. 2., payable to Hill Country Motors, Inc.
