ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF KUENSTLER MACHINERY FOR ONE
NEW LOADER BACKHOE FOR USE BY THE COP~IISSIOtdER OF KERR
COUNTY PRECINCT N0. FOUR
On this the 12th day of March 1985, upon motion made b_y
Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich ,
the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the Bid of
KUENSTLER MACHINERY for one new loader backhoe for
use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. Four,
in the amount of $29,402.00 without trade-in, as re-
commended by Don V7llamson, County Auditor, said equipment
described as follows: One (i) New Case 580D Tractor/Loader/
Eackhoe with Case built 207 cu. in., 55 net HP, four cylinder
diesel engine; 11L x 16, 10 ply, front tires; 17.5 x 24, 6
ply, rear tires; backup alarm; lockup package; slow moving
vehicle plaque; horn, heavy duty rubber street pads; lights;
24" heavy duty trenching bucket; 1 cubic yard- 82" loader
bucket. This unit has a pressurized Cab with heater and
defroster.
It is further ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer
and County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher in the
above amount, payable to KUENSTLER MACHINERY out of
Road & Bridge Prec. 4 Fund, upon delivery, acceptance and
approval by the Commissioner of Precinct No. Four.
