HILLS AND SOUTHERN HILLS PHASE TWO
On this the 9th day of September 1985, upon motion made by Commis-
sioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins with Commis-
sioners Holland, Higgins and Guthrie and County Judge Morriss
voting "AYE" and Commissioner Lich "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING",
said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving acceptance of
a donation from Summey Building Company for paving roadways in
Southern Hi11s and Southern Hills Phase Two, located in Kerr County
Commissioner's Precinct No. One, in the amount of $4728.00.
