ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF EDENS IMPLEMENT COMPANY FOR ONE NEW
LOADER BACKHOE FOR USE BY THE COMMISSIONER OF KERR COUNTY
PRECINCT N0. THREE
On this the 23rd day of May 1985, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the
Court unanimously approved acceptance of the Bid of
EDENS IMPLEMENT COMPANY, for one new loader backhoe for
use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. Three,
in the amount of $28,846.00, without trade-in, said equip-
ment described as follows:
Ford 555 Tractor-Loader-Backhoe - Engine is a 3
cylinder, 201 cubic inch displacement 62 SAE net
horse-power.
ROPS cab canopy will also include air conditioning
9735 lb. backhoe bucket cylinder digging force
13440 lb. approx. gross working weight.
It is further ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer
and County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher in the
above amount, payable to EDENS IMPLEMENT COMPANY out of
Road & Bridee Prec.~3 Fund upon delivery, acceptance and
approval by the Commissioner of Precinct No. Three.
