TRAILER FOR USE BY THE COMMISSIONER OF KERR COUNTY PRECINCT

On this the 23rd day of May 1985, upon motion made by Commis-
sioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court
unanimously approved acceptance of the Bid of PLAINS MACHINERY
COMPANY for one new trailer for use by the Commissioner of
Kerr County Precinct No. One, in the amount of $8,500.00,
without trade-in, as recommended by Don Williamson, County
Auditor, said equipment described as follows:
1 TRK20 20,000 lbs. Tilt Bed Trailer
(2) - 10,000 1b. axles
12 1/4 x 3 3/8 electric brakes
8.75 x 16.5 - 10 ply tires
Tanden dual bud type wheels (8 hole)
Pintle hitch w/18"-30" adjustment

It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County
Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Road & Bridge
Precinct 1 Fund, in the above amount, payable to PLAINS
MACHINERY COMPANY, upon delivery, acceptance and approval by
the Commissioner of Precinct No. 1.
