JUDICIAL DISTRICT
On this the 14th day of May 1985, upon motion made by Commis-
sioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court
unanimously approved the freezing of all monetary transactions
between Kerr County and Janie Wolfrum, former Deputy District
Clerk, pending further investigation by the District Attorney
of the 198th Judicial District.
