APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF r4ARY BROOKS, DISTRICT CLERK, FOR
APPOINTDIENT OF DENICE L. HENCERLING AS DEPUTY DISTRICT CLERK
On this the 10th day of June 1985, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland seconded by Commissioner Higgins
the Court unanimously approved the application of D4ary Brooks,
District Clerk, for appointment of Denice L. Hencerling as
Deputy District Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, at a salary of
$9,480.00 ner annum ($790.00 per month), effective as of June
1st, 1985, payable out of the General Fund and that her deputa-
tion be effective the date of her qualification.
