DEPUTY DISTRICT CLERK
On this the 25th day of July 1985, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the
Court unanimously approved the application of Marv Brooks,
District Clerk, for the appointment of Simona Garza as
Deputy District Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, at a salary
of $12.;048.00 per annum ($'1004.00 per month), effective
July 20, 1985. This is a $50.00 per month reduction in
salary, since this employee requested a jol~ transfer from
office of County Clerk to office of District Clerk, and is
in accordance with Personnel Policies for Kerr County
(effective January 1, 1985)
