be ratified. and confirmed, effective as of June 10th, 1985.

the Court unanimously approved the request of County Clerk,
Patricia D_ye, for the employment of Patricia Ann Zimmermann
as an assistant in the County Clerk's Office, effective as
of June 10th, 1985, at a salary of $790.00 per month ($9,480.00
per annum).
(Mrs. Zimmermann will replace Peggy Kurfman,whose resignation
is effective today, June 10th, 1985).
